All first-time clients are required to complete a $35 Good Faith Exam (GFE) to be medically cleared for treatment by our Medical Director, Phillip Neal Freeman, MD. All digital intake and consent forms must be fully completed before your appointment to ensure timely treatment. Please note: Daxxify® typically requires nearly double the units compared to other neuromodulators; however, many clients experience results lasting up to 5 months, offering a longer-lasting smoothing effect.
